Upper & Lower Prosthetics
At Carolina Amputee and Orthotics Center we make, fit and design conventional, as well as myoelectric I Hand and other variations of upper extremity prosthetics.
Carolina Amputee and Orthotics specializes in lower extremity prosthetics for above and below knee patients. The Owner and another Provider are Amputees themselves. We strive to design and fit ultra lightweight sockets with state of the art materials including new carbon infused plastics like ProComp. We are certified with Ottobock and OSSUR, two of the premier prosthetic companies. We offer the latest lower extremity prosthetics including the industry leading C-Leg 4 Microprocessor and Genium Prosthetic Knee.
Upper & Lower Orthotics
We design and fit both custom spine and lower extremity orthotics.
Orthotics services include injuries from spinal fractures, strokes and knee and ankle instabilities for patients and everyday use. We make and fit all orthotics in our inhouse fabrication lab. This means minimal wait time for your custom orthotics.
Home Care Mobile Lab Services
The Carolina Amputee & Orthotics Mobile Lab enables us to see patients that have transport challenges.
We can cast, fit and adjust all prosthetics and orthotics in our fully equipped mobile lab.
